EXCHANGE INFORMATION

International exchange requests must be submitted within 28 days of delivery. Our international return period is based on 28 calendar days from the delivery date, including weekends and holidays. Orders outside this period are not eligible for a standard exchange.

International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return back to Johnnie Team. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your exchange has been completed.

Items must be shipped back promptly and within the applicable return period. Returns sent outside the allowed return window may not be accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, lotions, creams, oils, perfume, smoke, detergent, or other odors or residue.

Pack your return inside the original white bubble mailer or a similar lightweight mailing bag.

Do not return your Johnnie Team box — it’s yours to keep. Returning the box may increase shipping costs, and any additional charges are your responsibility.

Please send back only the item(s) included in your approved exchange request.

Once your return arrives, all returned items are inspected before an exchange is approved.

Replacement items are subject to availability. Before submitting your exchange request, please check our website and confirm that the exact style, size, and color you are requesting are currently available.

If your replacement costs more, the price difference will be added to your invoice.

If your replacement costs less, the remaining eligible balance will be issued as Johnnie Team Store Credit after inspection.

International customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement back to them.

Once your return passes inspection, we’ll send you an invoice for any applicable replacement shipping costs and price difference. The invoice must be paid before your replacement can be shipped.

Any return shipping costs, replacement shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the exchange are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the exchange value or Store Credit.

Approved exchanges are normally prepared by the next business day after inspection and payment of any applicable invoice. Tracking will be sent once your replacement ships.
