All purchases made through our website are eligible for store credit or exchange only, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method, and no exceptions will be made.
If your item doesn’t fit or you want a different color or style, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or issue store credit for you to use at any time, it never expires.
Before starting a return or exchange, please make sure to include all the necessary details so we can locate your order quickly. We require your full name, last name, and order number. You can either fill out our contact form or email us directly.
Condition Requirements
To process a return or exchange, the original item must be sent back to us for inspection. To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must meet the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All hygiene liners and tags must be attached
- Free of stains, creams, fragrance, or other signs of wear
- Must be returned in the same packaging the order was delivered in
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we enforce a strict hygiene policy. All returns are thoroughly inspected, and items that don’t meet our standards will be denied without exception and will not be shipped back.
Please try on all swimwear over underwear or using the provided hygiene sticker.
Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be made within the timeframes below:
- 14 days from the delivery date for orders shipped within the U.S.
- 28 days from the delivery date for international orders
The return window begins on the day your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, not the date you opened it or tried on the item. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
We recommend checking your tracking number to confirm the delivery date if you're unsure.
Damaged Item
We stand by the quality of our swimwear, each piece is handmade and inspected under strict quality control standards. Because of this, it’s extremely rare for an item to arrive damaged.
That said, if your item shows signs of damage upon delivery, please contact us right away. We may ask for photos or a short video of the issue to verify the condition.
If the same item (or a similar style) is available, we’ll gladly send a replacement. A refund will only be issued if the exchange item is no longer available in your size or preferred style.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges within the United States.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
You have 14 days to use the return label from the date it is issued. If the item is not shipped back within that timeframe, the label will expire, the return will no longer be accepted, and you will not be able to request another one for the same order.
For international orders, return shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost or delayed international returns.
If a return is denied due to condition issues, it will not be eligible for store credit or reshipment.
Important Notes
All returns must be initiated by contacting us first. Do not send anything back without prior approval.
For U.S. orders, returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by us. Returns sent with a different label or method will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in transit. If you’re returning an item internationally (outside the U.S.), we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
By sending an item back, you agree to the terms of this policy and relinquish ownership of the product unless the return is accepted.
