Order Processing Time
We work fast, orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after you place them. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be packed and shipped on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Carriers & Tracking
Our main shipping partner is USPS, but you may also see UPS or DHL options depending on your shipping address.
You’ll be able to choose your preferred method at checkout. Shipping times and pricing are automatically calculated based on your location and the speed you choose.
Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your package ships. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours (business days), feel free to contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We rely on the exact information you provide, and even small mistakes can result in delivery issues.
If your order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the cost to re-ship it.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping fees or replace items lost due to address errors, so please take a moment to make sure everything is accurate including apartment numbers, zip codes, and spelling.
Shipping Insurance
At checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Insurance for a small fee. This protects your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit and includes signature confirmation for added security.
If you purchase Shipping Insurance and experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We’ll handle the claim process and offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.
Shipping Insurance does not cover delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered with a valid signature.
If Shipping Insurance is not selected at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management. While we’ll try to help, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
If you did not purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We can assist by providing any available documentation to support your claim. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered without Shipping Insurance.
To help prevent delivery issues, we encourage all customers to use a secure and reliable shipping address and to consider adding Shipping Insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
In some cases, your package may be held by customs in your country until these fees are paid. It’s important to keep an eye on your tracking number, the carrier will typically update the status and may contact you for payment.
If customs fees go unpaid, the package may be returned to us or abandoned, and unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for any undeliverable or refused international shipments.
Delays at customs are outside of our control, but we’ll do our best to help if you need documentation or support to resolve the issue.

Going on vacation or want your package delivered later? No problem.
If you'd like us to delay shipping your order, just leave a note at checkout using the “Add order notes” section in your cart. Let us know the date you'd like your order to be shipped, and we’ll make sure to hold it until then.
